Led deployment of a credit-origination solution across 17 Caribbean countries, coordinating technology implementation and stakeholder requirements across multiple markets.
Led major policy administration, integration and transformation initiatives involving multi-million-dollar investments, global teams, vendors and subcontractors.

LEADERSHIP
Anna is an accomplished project and program management executive and educator with more than 20 years of experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
Her career includes multi-million-dollar programs across banking, insurance, financial services and technology, working with Fortune 500 organizations and multidisciplinary teams across North America and internationally.
She holds an MBA from Queen’s University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Dallas. She is also a PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor and serves as Academic Director of the Project Management Certificate Program at The University of Texas at Dallas.
